🎯 Ensure the proper execution of work, compliance with safety procedures and achievement of daily objectives.
⭐ Profile: Experienced field professional with the ability to lead and motivate a team and report accurately on-site progress.
🛡️ Safety / HSE: A strong safety culture and knowledge of HSE requirements are essential.
Your responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-site operations:
- Leading and motivating on-site teams
- Organising and allocating tasks
- Supervising industrial painting and UHP water jetting operations
- Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and client standards
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
- Acting as the operational point of contact for clients and management
- Training operators and supporting their professional development
Your profile
- Proven experience in industrial painting, UHP water jetting or similar activities
- Experience leading and supervising on-site teams
- Strong safety awareness and a rigorous approach to operations
- Ability to work in demanding industrial environments
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential
- Valid Category B driving licence required
- Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage
