Your responsibilities

As a Business Development & Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, pricing and managing projects, from the initial assessment of client requirements through to the completion and handover of the work.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Analyse technical requirements and prepare commercial proposals and cost estimates
Negotiate the technical and financial terms of projects
Manage projects in coordination with Construction Project Managers and Site Managers
Monitor profit margins, budgets and financial performance
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and contractual obligations
Manage client relationships, progress meetings and reporting
Identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement

Your profile

Technical and/or commercial qualification in construction, industrial works, civil engineering or an equivalent field
Proven experience in business development and project management, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong skills in cost estimation, negotiation and financial management
Good understanding of on-site operations and HSE requirements
Customer-focused mindset and strong business development skills

Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate teams
Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential
Valid Category B driving licence required
Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage
